How long does it take to process my order?

We always aim to process orders within 1 business day, because we know how exciting it is to receive your order fast. But sometimes things get a little busier than usual.

During sale periods, holidays, and weekends, we experience a much higher volume of orders, which means processing can take a little longer despite our best efforts. We also rely on our delivery partners, who can sometimes experience delays on their end. But rest assured—we’re always working as fast as we can to get your order on its way. How long does shipping take?

We always strive to have your order delivered within 7 business days—that’s our sweet spot. But while we wish we had a magic wand to make parcels appear instantly, there are times when deliveries take a little longer.

Estimated delivery timeframes:

  • Most orders arrive within 7 business days.
  • During sales or peak shopping periods, shipping may take up to 12 business days.
  • Very rarely, unforeseen carrier delays can push delivery beyond 12 business days.

We totally understand that waiting is no fun, but please know that we’re doing everything we can to keep things moving. Once your order is with the carrier, it’s on its way to you. If you’re unsure about your order’s status, just reach out—we’re always happy to help.

How much does shipping cost?

Absolutely nothing! Shipping is 100% free on all orders—no minimum spend, no hidden fees, just free delivery straight to your door.

Can I track my order?

Yes! Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link, so you can follow its journey. Just a little heads up—tracking updates aren’t always instant, especially when the carrier is handling a high volume of packages. But don’t worry, it’s on its way.

What happens if I’m not home when my order arrives?

No stress! If you’re not home at the time of delivery, your package may be:
Left in a safe place (depending on the carrier’s policy)
Held at a local pickup point—you’ll receive a notification with details on where to collect it.

Double-check your shipping details!

We always recommend taking a moment to check your address before placing your order! From experience, we know that small typos (like missing apartment numbers or incorrect postcodes) can sometimes cause delays—or worse, send your order on a little adventure to the wrong address.

If you notice a mistake after ordering, let us know ASAP, and we’ll see what we can do! While we can’t guarantee that address changes can be made after checkout, we’ll always try our best to help. 

What if my order is marked as ‘delivered’ but I haven’t received it?

First—don’t panic! Carriers sometimes mark packages as "delivered" a little early, even if they’re still on their way. Here’s what to do:

Check around your home – Sometimes parcels are left in a safe place, like a front porch, letterbox, or with a neighbor.
Wait a day or two – In rare cases, orders show as delivered before they actually arrive.
Reach out to the carrier – They have the best info on where your package might be!

Yes! You can have your order shipped to your workplace. Just remember to include the company name in your shipping details to avoid any delivery issues. If an order is returned due to an incomplete address, additional postage fees may apply to resend it.

If you’ve received confirmation that your order has been dispatched, please check your tracking link for updates. If the estimated delivery time has passed and there are no recent updates, please contact the carrier for further information.
