Question: When can I expect to receive my order?
Answer: The average delivery time is 5-10 days. This is because our products are shipped directly to you from the supplier. This unique business model allows us to achieve significant savings on storage and transportation costs, enabling us to offer the products at a lower price than our competitors while covering shipping costs ourselves.
Question: The expected delivery time has passed, where is my order?!
Answer: In 99% of cases, orders are delivered within the expected delivery time. Unfortunately, an order can sometimes be delayed in the delivery process. You can check the status of your order via the following link:

Haven't received your order 3 days after the expected delivery time? Please contact us.
Question: I am missing some products from my order, how is that possible?
Answer: Because we work with different suppliers, products may be shipped separately from each other. If items are missing from your order, you will typically receive them within 2-3 days.
We apologize for the inconvenience.
Question: What are the shipping costs?
Answer: We take care of the shipping costs for your order.
Exchanges and Returns
Question: I am not satisfied with my order, can I return it?
Answer: Yes. You can return any order within 14 days without giving reasons.
Question: I would like to return an item, what should I do?
Answer: If you are not satisfied with your order, you can exchange or return it within 14 days after receipt. The products must be returned in their original condition with tags and labels. The product must not show signs of use.
A return shipment must always be accompanied by a Track & Trace code. The sender is always responsible for the shipment.
Once we have received your returned items, we will ensure that the purchase amount is credited to your account within 14 days.

The return form can be uploaded to Shopify as a PDF file. You do this as follows:
- go to Shopify
- click on settings in the bottom left corner
- go to files
- upload file
- then you will see where you can copy the link
Track & Trace
Question: Where can I find my Track & Trace code?
Answer: On this page sweetmint-sydney.com/apps/parcelpanel you can enter your email address and order number to track your package.
Question: The Track & Trace code shows no information, how is that possible?
Answer: From the moment your package has arrived at the shipping company, the Track & Trace information becomes available. Please note that there may be some delay in between.
